I love it but disappointed
This was a gift for my birthday in April, and it was gold when I got it,however, it it changing to silver and I'm very disappointed and sad. I love this necklace and I make sure to not get anything on it and keep it away from water, perfumes, etc. but that just didn't seem to help.

Poor quality
The gold plating wore off too quickly. It's not expensive so the quality represents that. Not a good gift!

The plating wore off quickly
I got from a friend the rose gold initial necklace plating and I tried to take good care of it (kept it from water) but it wore off too quickly. I'm very disappointed and sad because it looks horrible now (very dark) and I would like to know how can I take the plating out (it doesn't come off on neither sides) and continue to use the necklace with another plating. I live in France now, so I couldn't write directly to you because the form from the website requires a phone from the US. Thank you
