The construction of this bag is amazing.
The construction is sturdy yet functional. Great comfort in the back support also. The order was originally lost, and Kate spade replaced it with no hassle. Great experience.

Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible We like the backpack it's made really nice but when I had an issue and I spoke with a very unpleasant lady at customer service that made me decide I'll never order anything from Kate spade again or Shop in their stores because she was just rude and not very nice
