Great bag but leaves terrible denim stains
This purse is beautiful, loved it as I was in NYC when I
Bought it and get loads of compliments. However, 5 months into having this bag and demin stains have transferred to the back of the bag leaving it pretty badly damaged. I reached out to support and they told me that is normal wear and tear and told me to go get it professionally cleaned. First off, I’ve purchased from Coach, Dooney and Bourne, Gucci and have never had denim stains transfer this badly or quickly onto what is supposed to be leather. I will never purchase again because of how poorly support responded to my inquiry.
